Has anyone seen this movie called (A Serbian Film)?

I just finished watching it and all I can say is WOW!!!! It is the most provocative, disturbing, gross but yet riveting piece of cinema I have seen in a long time. It's not a Horror film like Halloween,NOES,F13 but it's definitely a horror film. Mind f*ck fits it best.

It starts a little slow but im telling you its worth a watch. I feel dirty after watching it.

I would recommend NOT reading anything about it. Go in blind on this one to get the full effect. I new a big spoiler and it was still messed up!

I donwloaded it off of the piratesbay. I got a real nice copy

I'm not sure if I should punch you in the face or hug you....

That is an amazing flick, I couldn't look away no matter how much I wanted to, and I'm pretty sure if I think too much about it I'm going to puke.

Make sure there are no children within 10 miles if you decide to watch this

i just watched it - it's one of, if not THE most, disturbing films i've ever seen. at times i had to look away from the screen but i couldn't shut it off because the story was so riveting. very well done, thought-provoking cinema.

Well, I went in blind when watching this one and I have to say that disturbing does not even begin to describe this film, I don't know if this is one that you will want to recommend to people, cause they may find you repulsive afterwards.

If your close-minded and only focus on the subject matter and not the overall film then this probably wasn't/isn't the film for you.

Just think back to the 70's when TCM came out. Most people found it appualing and wanted it pulled/banned from theaters. Now it's a cult classic, hmmm go figure. Think outside the box.

Yes the subject matter is disturbing/taboo but you need to look past it. Cinematically this movie is masterful and i would highly recommend it. It has very impressive camera work, disgustingly sharp and mean spirited dialogue, a believable cast and some serious nailbiter scenes. This film really taps into the mind and gives you the feeling of dread and utter disgust. I can't say any movie has done that for me in many years.

You might find me repulsive for recommending it but that's ok i will take it at face value. I guess just stick to the safe bet and go watch a remake.

I should have worded myself different I suppose, I was not talking about you in general, I meant anyone who recommends the film may get harsh judgment for suggesting it, as I have already witnessed the ill feelings myself when I suggested it to two other friends of mine and they could not see the reasoning behind making such a film. I agree that the cinematography was amazing and that the actors fit their parts very well, I don't regret watching the film at all, I was just simply stating that YOU (whoever the individual that may be reading this) may want to be cautious in who you (individual) recommend the film to.

I appreciate you suggesting the film and none of my comments were any type of dig towards you, sorry if you took them that way.
