I finally got around to take a few pics of my Eric mask. It\'s not 100% done still have to punch the eyebrows in since it\'s only glue and had to rush punching in a few hairs before Monsterpalooza so i can wear it with my costume, as you can see in the first pic. But now i got around to finishing the mustache and just need to finish a few other parts. This mask was painted by Erich Lubatti and sculpted by Addison. I had Addison pull me a Silicone blank about a year ago, and it\'s all 100% Silicone by the way since i think Starjerks are Silicone in the front and Latex in the back i don\'t know if all are like that but the ones iv\'e seen are. After i got it i was shocked of how heavy it was not kidding like a 10 pound weight on your head lol but hey thick is good some say. Also the back of the mask works just like the movie so you can adjust it.
Also got to meet Kevin who works for KNB and who made the Hero Eric mask. and he came up to me asking if my Eric mask was pulled from the production mold or was the hero, I was shocked to hear this and made my day. I told him no just a replica and he was shocked saying my mask and everything on it was dead on. The only thing he told me was to finish the mustache haha since i had like 4 hairs in it since i didn\'t finish it before the convention. Really nice guy overall. So enough talking and on with the pics.
