PS3 is also more powerful, and does have 512 MB (256 MB of XDR for the Cell CPU and 256 MB of GDDR3 for the RSX GPU.) PS Did anyone see that Killzone 2 footage?

I dont know about that! The only thing I see the ps3 being capable of is being alot faster due to the cell processor. Have you even taken a look at the specs? Well it doesn\'t matter cause I will most likely buy all of them for over the course of a year or two. The one right now that seems to be the weakest link for me is the revolution. Nintendo says it will revolutionize gaming but so far i haven\'t heard anything spectacular about the system unless it has something to do with the nintendos controllers. But as for the RAM on ps3 i have to double check now. the 256 mb ram will be for the cell processor and the other 256 will be for others. Together they add up to 512. Its almost like a computer. My computer adds up to have 1280, but i have 256 just for video. the ram for the cell will be used to power the cell i think. like i said i would have to double check

The dreamcast was so much ahead of its time it\'s not even funny. Segas system paved the way for the PS2 and Xbox. I would say a good 70 percent of the Dreamcast games still beat any PS2 games when it comes to graphics and gameplay. The only thing that was the dreamcasts downfall was advertisement which was never a big thing at Sega. I still recommend picking a dreamcast up and some of the awesome accessories that were available in Japan, like the VCD player and the MP3 player.

DREAMCAST, best gaming console EVER, plus it helped me surf the internet when I didn\'t have a PC to rely on!!!!!

Dunno if its been answered or even asked... what are the release dates for the two systems? Id imagine close to Christmas for the big Christmas rush? I think both systems are sounding to be pretty damn sweet... Ill snag both!

Xbox 360 will be released for November this year, and will probably be a need chirstmas item, that is where my parents come in, lol, the ps3 will come out next year 2006 for the christmas season, but there are some speculation of ps3 being released about the same time as the xbox 360.

Sinister is right. Spring of 2006 is when the ps3 comes out. Their was also word that the next gta game was suppose to be one of the first games to come out on the ps3. But that was just a rumor that I doubt is true. But I do think the xbox will dominate over the ps3 only because it\'s coming out first. I dont really care for the xbox though. I only like Halo and thats it. And I only play that at my friends.

Honestly the only thing that Xbox has worth a damn are the Halo titles, and I for one hated the freakin second one.

yea i love sony dont get me wrong. after seeing ps3 on e3 i was amazed at the graphics capability of the system and is making me think twice about buying xbox 360
