Can someone tell me where I can buy mask stands? I just started collecting masks and can't find any stands. I ordered a few from a collector by money order and he desided to cash the MO and not send the stands. I figured some of you might know of someone alittle more honest. Thanks

I wonder who that could have been....?I saw on another forum, step by step instructions on how to build them out of wood and toilet plunger... and some black spray paint....

Just go to Wal-Mart and buy wooden paper towel holders. They have a great looking base and are a perfect height for a mask...plus they're only 7 bucks a piece.Also...and I HIGHLY recommend this. Invest in some styrofoam heads. You can get them from this link: <a href=\"http://www.adiscountbeauty.com//page342.html\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.adiscountbeauty.com//page342.html</a> for around 3.25 a pop. Great for filling out the mask and displaying it properly...at least that's what works for me.Hope this helps!

Why not make your own?? Buy those wooden paper towel holders and use them they are usually less than 10 bucks at walmart! If you wanted a bigger top portion for the mask to sit on just buy a large styrofoam ball (3 inch or 5 inch etc ) from a craft store and cut it in half and glue 1 half to the top of the paper towel holder (you may have to make a small hole in the bottom of the 1/2 styrofoam ball). This would work and look good and would be cheap.

I'm sure you'll hear lots of suggestions <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" /> Like Joseph said, I simply use wooden paper towel holders... $7 at Walmart and I like the fact that they will never run out...I like to keep the stands consistent. Just stuff the mask with plastic bags and sit on the holder.<img src=\"http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y229/chainsawj/Latex%20and%20Resin/DPSkull-A.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

Mask stand's must be the most simplist thing on earth to build.Go buy some material's and take a crack at it.I my self do alot of carpentry work and also stain and laquering and this may be something i will get into doing for this board. But in all honesty try to make one yourself and save some money.

Here is a great idea for a stand that Cory/internalburn came up with. I havent tried it yet, but I plan on buying the materials this week.<a href=\"http://houseofhorror.subforums.net/index.php?showtopic=54\" target=\"_blank\">http://houseofhorror.subforums.net/index.php?showtopic=54</a>
