Monte Ward Sister Cheryl Repaint

wow that came out great . i love the eyes the most on this thing . now i've seen some pretty nice pieces that were done by paintbrushes and not always the airbrush lol . so is this made of resin or latex ? i just haven't seen this before really haha .
