Fixing An Ss Jason Hockey Mask

So the strap on my 1/6 Sideshow part 6 Jason Hockey Mask broke and I need to replace the strap. I'm wanting to replace it with leather or leather like material if possible. Where can I get leather (or leather like material) thats small enough for a Sideshow Hockey Mask. Also whats the best way to remove the plastic pins that hold the straps in place?Thanks

Thanks a million SPAZONIOUS. Can't belive I didn't think of that. Any recommendations on how to remove the pins that hold the straps in place?

well if you want to keep them I have no ideaif not use wire snipsand if you want(this is what I do) glue in nail heads insted of the plastic pins
