Ok I have just about all I need for my project, thanks to emazers, and chris @ twistedtoybox. I need some ideas on weatehring the clothes. I plan on making them look like when he was electrocuted in the puddle in pt-7. Crash told me to use some stuff, forgot the name, but it works great for a wet look, now just how to make em look weathered???? Any tips tricks whatever greatly appreciated......... ThanksFrank

Frank. The stuff crash was referring to was probably perma-wet, you can also use mod-podge which you can buy at any wall mart or craft store. I would say to water them both down a bit because they tend to make the fabric stiff. The best way that I have found to weather clothes for a part 7 costume is to buy some dollar store paints, maybe some browns, and grey's mix up a bunch in a bowl and with your hands, fingers, and even brushes, and sponges you can apply it and rub the colors in good. u can also use a spray bottle of water and do some color washes.

Brush on some Latex and use wood stain to make it look all nasty and brown.

A sharp box or carpet knife, sandpaper, watered down acrylics, and a bunch of elbow grease.Try to stay away from straight cuts. Take your knife and slide it down the material at a 45 degree angle until the material starts to rip. Then take sandpaper and fray up the edges. Take your acrylics, water them down to get the right color, and appy them. Start with a really watered down mixture and gradully keep mixing the paint with less and less water until you end up with just paint. Creates a real nice layered effect. After you get everything done and painted/ripped, take the material and twist and twist and then twist some more to get the dried acrylic washes to loosen back up.

I'm terrible at it but if you have a chainsaw or anything like that that is really greasy, just rib your hands in the grease then rub it off on the clothes. Worked pretty decent for me.

Chheck out my tutorial for my badass part 7 here: <a href=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/index.php?showtopic=27970&hl=sirbrad\" target=\"_blank\">http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/index.php?sh...&hl=sirbrad</a><a href=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/index.php?showtopic=28650&hl=\" target=\"_blank\">http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/index.php?sh...c=28650&hl=</a>Life-sized<img src=\"http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/2996/oct06488rc7.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://img80.imageshack.us/img80/5137/oct06492vn3.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://img505.imageshack.us/img505/9077/oct06452lt0.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://img522.imageshack.us/img522/1373/oct06450ss6.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />The color is dark or olive green, check out the fireplace shot towards the end, clearly green. I did my first costume in dark blue because that is how the lighting makes it look in the dark spots of the movie, but the costume is actually green. Yuo can clearly see this too on the Extras disk with Kane Hodder and the life-sized wearing the costume. But take it from me, making part 7 is a beeeoootch, and even more of a beeeoootch to wear! But it makes on hell of a display in your room.
