The hardest part is going to be the hands, I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet for them. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd like to hear them.

That's awesome Kyle. You should try finding some orange wool footie pajamas with the flap in the butt. As far as the hands go I've seen them sell just mannequin hands on Ebay. Maybe you could find some from a child sized mannequin. I was thinking about doing one of these myself. Can't wait to see the finished product!
