It worked better for the angle of the knife going from top right to bottom left. Even though in a lot of newspaper ads the knife was removed from the image. Whether or not that is true, I don't know. But speaking as a designer myself, it happens. I do it from time to time if I have to. Although not with hockey masks. LOL
